Eva Rode-Hilbert

Eva is Co-Founder and Director of ISE Partners. Eva began her career with an internet start-up before moving into recruitment in 2001. Working with one of London’s largest support staff recruiters, Eva developed a passion for working with highly motivated PAs and Executive Assistant across the professional services and financial services sectors. Having recruited for many household names in the investment banking and management consultancy world, Eva set up ISE Partners in 2007, specifically with the goal of developing a tailored recruitment service which could service both large global corporations and also the smaller boutiques who value a personalised approach.

Eva graduated from University College London with a degree in Biology and is a certified NLP Practitioner.
